What is included in a Bingo book?

A book includes 10 sheets—1 sheet per game (round) of Bingo.

Each sheet contains 6 cards—all 6 cards are played at the same time. 

10 games x 6 cards each = 60 chances to WIN!


Every Bingo player should purchase a "seat" at the event.  Each seat purchased comes with one Bingo book, if you'd like to play more than one book at a time additional books can be purchased.  Available in the Raven Band Store or at the event.

What is a Bingo Dauber?

A bingo dauber is an ink bottle with a sponge tip that is used to highlight/mark the numbers when they are called. They are $3 each.

When/where is band bingo?

Bingo will take place Saturday, November 1, 2025, in the ONW Commons. Doors open at 6 pm, BINGO starts at 7.


What ages may play?

This is a family-friendly event that is appropriate for all ages. Invite family, friends, co-workers, neighbors … All are welcome!


How many winners will there be for each round?

There will only be one basket winner per game. In the event of multiple "Bingos", the basket winner will be determined by tiebreaker and the runners-up will receive a gift card.


How much does it cost to play Bingo?

A seat at the Bingo table is $20 for pre-paid and $25 at the door - this includes 1 Bingo book.

  • Students will earn $10 for their band account for each pre-paid seat and additional pre-paid book sold . (No credit will be given for books purchased at the door.)

Snacks, drinks, daubers, additional bingo books, and raffle tickets will also be available for purchase.


(Note: It is possible that we may reach capacity and be unable to sell additional seats at the door the day of the event.)


How much does it cost to participate in the raffle drawing?

Raffle tickets are available for $2 each, or 3 tickets for $5 and 8 tickets for $10.


What if I do not wish to play Bingo but want to attend the event?

Due to the past popularity of this event and the capacity of the room it is held in we are unable to accommodate non-players. If you wish to attend the event and not play, please look to sign up for one of the volunteer positions at the event.


I have a large group attending. Will we all be able to sit together?

Tables are first come first served and fill up quickly. If you have a large group, consider arriving when doors open at 6 p.m. to choose your seats.


I would like to volunteer my time, donate a prize/gift card, or fill a gift basket.  How do I sign up?


Where do I leave the donations and what is the deadline to drop them off?

Gift Cards and monetary donations can be left in the locked black drop box and other donations can be left in the “Bingo Donations” bin, both are located in the band room. 

  • All items must be received no later than October 15
